Tracks 7 to 8 - Recorded in late May 1993 for the CTV/CJOH Miracle Network Telethon at the CJOH Studio, Ottawa ON. No studio audience.

Tracks 9 to 14 - Recorded live on stage on July 12,1974 at the Camp Fortune/CBC Summer festival, Chelsea,QC.
